Job description We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Commissioning Automation Engineer to enhance our team's capabilities. In this role, you will primarily focus on commissioning PLC control panels, troubleshooting, debugging PLC programs, and resolving electrical issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients in industries such as Pharma, Life Science, and Chemical sectors.
Responsibilities: ● Commissioning of PLC and control panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. ● Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs, resolving issues promptly. ● Identify and address electrical problems during commissioning activities. ● Utilize your programming skills to develop and modify PLC programs for different brands, including Siemens, Schneider, IndoSoft, and Rockwell Software. ● Collaborate with the development team to contribute insights into Control Panel Design and Electrical Architectures. ● Ensure that control panels meet design specifications and industry standards. ● Support the development of SCADA systems, incorporating SQL for efficient data management. ● Work on integrating PLCs and SCADA systems for seamless functionality. ● Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary components and ensure the availability of resources for successful project execution. ● Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively, both verbally and in writing. ● Provide clear updates on commissioning activities to internal teams and clients. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical support and contributing to the achievement of project goals. ● Foster a collaborative environment to enhance teamwork and project efficiency. ● Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends. ● Stay informed about advancements in Industrial Automation to enhance personal and team capabilities. ● Be flexible and ready to travel within India and abroad for project implementation, commissioning activities, and client meetings. ● Ensure timely and organized planning for travel-related logistics.
Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field. ● Solid understanding of Industrial Automation principles and practices. ● Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems. ● Experience with Control Panel Design and Electrical Architectures is a plus. ● Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. ● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. ● Looking for someone who is willing to travel to below Job locations.
Freshers will be joining as Trainee Commissioning Automation Engineer. 3 month training will be conducted on PLC, HMI and SCADA Programming of various Makes. Experience holders will be directly joining as Automation & Commissioning Engineer Probation period of 6 months is applicable for both.
