Key Responsibilities1. Production Operations
- Execute daily production activities as per batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and cleaning.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve production targets within defined timelines.
2. Compliance & Quality
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of all production activities.
- Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Report deviations, incidents, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
3. Documentation
- Fill and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Maintain equipment logbooks, cleaning records, and shift reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Engineering departments.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Support validation, qualification, and technology transfer activities.
5. Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper utilization of production equipment.
- Identify and report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering for preventive and corrective maintenance.
6. Safety & Hygiene
- Follow safety protocols and ensure use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas.
- Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
