- The Contingent Work Force (CWF) Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing & deployment of contingent work force (Contract staff) (White collar & blue collar) based on Client technical requirements and within the budget as laid out by the client / Reporting Manager from Bonace.
- He /she will lead a team of 10- 15 sourcing personnel based in Mumbai, Vadodara, Delhi and at sites Pan India.
- He /She will manage the end-to-end process of Sourcing, Coordinating with Clients for interviews, Compensation finalization and Onboarding at the Client site.
- Typically, many of Bonace Client sites are large Refineries & Petrochemicals complexes, steel plants and Manufacturing plants at remote locations across India. Whilst the position is based out of Thane – It is expected that the Sourcing Manager will travel to sites to mobilize contingent work force at client sites depending on the project needs.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understands Client requirements (Technical, Budgets, Number of Contract employees required , Timelines ) and based on that draws up execution plan to meet/Exceed Client requirement for a Particular Project site or Manufacturing location.
- Leads the CWF sourcing and Managing strategy along with the team - to meet /exceed Client expectations and to achieve their annual targets & achieve the max hit ratio for the CVs sent to client, resulting in meeting the overall business objectives.
- Devises appropriate strategy in order to close critical and niche positions.
- Demonstrates excellent interviewing skills, which supports in onboarding the right talent as required by internal as well as external clients
- Ability to methodically analyses large amounts of information, draw out the right conclusions and back it up with logical conclusions.
- Prepare and submit regular and timely reports to the management Consolidate DPR, Project wise report, Work efficiency report, Team Analyses Report).
- Demonstrates a good understanding about the business, its competitors and understands the impact of price negotiations on the overall budgets of the projects.
- Develop and communicates the department strategy /Set Goals for self and function.
- Proactively identifies work issues, obstacles, and communicates them to the Leadership team and creates appropriate Contingency plan.
- Shares expertise with team members on a regular basis and supports cross functional teams in meeting their goal and the overall goals of the organization.

Functional Skills
- The Candidate should have been in Contingent Work Force Sourcing roles for at least 3 to 5 Years.
- Thorough knowledge of Sourcing of Contingent work force for Petrochemicals Industry, Process industry, Refineries, Manufacturing, Steel Plants.
- The Sourcing manager should have excellent track record of Mobilizing at least 5 to 7 client sites, each of min 100 Contract employees for various technical skills and disciplines.
- The Sourcing Manager should be conversant with Sourcing of Contract employees at client sites by using local networks, establishing connects with local workforce, nearby institutes, Local audits as well as the usual sources such as Job portals etc.
- Thorough understanding of benchmark CWF salaries /rates and Compensation for various categories of Technical manpower.
- The Sourcing manager has complete understanding of (CWF)Statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
