Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, AWS, React.js/Next.js, and Flutter. The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing scalable, end-to-end web applications and should be capable of handling projects from requirement analysis and architecture through development, deployment, and production support.
Candidates with EdTech domain experience and proven team-handling/mentoring experience will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Handle complete end-to-end application development, from requirements to deployment and production support.
- Develop robust backend systems, REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and database-driven applications.
- Work with AWS services for application hosting, deployment, scalability, and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain applications using CodeIgniter where required.
- Build and integrate frontend applications using React.js or Next.js.
- Contribute to mobile application development and integrations using Flutter.
- Design scalable application architecture and implement clean, maintainable code.
- Work with MySQL and optimize database queries, schemas, and application performance.
- Lead or coordinate development activities and handle/mentor team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application, API, deployment, and production issues.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and other teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Take ownership of technical deliverables, timelines, and application quality.
Required Skills :
- 3–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Good experience with CodeIgniter.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Working experience with Flutter.
- Strong experience developing scalable, end-to-end web applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MVC architecture, authentication, integrations, and database design.
- Good experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with Git, deployment processes, debugging, and production support.
- Experience in team handling, mentoring, or coordinating developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- EdTech domain experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working on LMS, e-learning platforms, student/tutor platforms, assessments, online education products, or similar EdTech applications.
- Experience with scalable SaaS or high-traffic applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Redis, queues, caching, and performance optimization.
- Experience with modern frontend architecture using React.js/Next.js.
Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Laravel developer who can independently build and maintain scalable applications while also taking ownership of technical delivery and supporting the development team.
Candidates who combine Laravel + AWS + React/Next.js + Flutter + team handling + EdTech experience will be preferenced.
