Hiring: MERN Stack Developer (Next.js + Node.js)
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who can confidently work on real-world applications, fix existing issues, and improve overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing applications
- Improve UI/UX for better performance and user engagement
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Collaborate on feature improvements and optimization
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js
- Good understanding of the MERN stack
- Ability to debug and solve issues in live/production apps
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience building and maintaining real-world projects (portfolio required)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub)
- Understanding of performance optimization
