Job Summary
SocialPost Digital Media is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be capable of managing online campaigns, social media platforms, lead generation activities, and brand-building initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing our clients' online presence and achieving marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to improve audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to improve results.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors for campaign execution.
- Maintain and update company websites and landing pages.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Certification will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant digital marketing training may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
