Position: Senior Cook (1)

## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and passionate Cook to prepare quality meals while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing Indian cuisine and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks/tea as per instructions.
* Cook a variety of Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality in food preparation.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking equipment, and storage areas.
* Monitor food stock and inform management about inventory requirements.
* Properly store food items and ingredients to maintain freshness.
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
* Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
* Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes when required.
* Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
## Required Qualifications
* Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred but not mandatory).
* Ability to read and understand basic cooking instructions.
Immediate joining required.
## Experience
* 5-8 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café, canteen, or household.
* Experience in preparing Indian cuisine is mandatory.
## Skills Required
* Excellent cooking skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
* Time management and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Teamwork and positive attitude.

* Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
## Working Hours
* 8–10 hours per day (as per business requirements).
* Weekly off as per company policy.
## Salary
* ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
* Food and accommodation may be provided (if applicable or case to case basis).
