Duties and Responsibilities:
· MEDICAL CARE - Responsible for complete resident medical care (care & comfort to ensure resident completes desired care plan).
· PERSONNEL- To manage, motivate and engage all organisation staff through respective department heads and ensure high level of engagement, motivation, welfare and cordial working environment for all associates.
· BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT- Liaison/update of the Care Plan with primary consultants/ referring doctors and/or other specialist consultants as required to ensure that they see HCAH as a valuable partner in the continuum of care for their patients.
CORPORATE- Align with Corporate Team in making HCAH as Transition Care Leader
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 72.0 per week
