Software Executive – Trading Software
1. Trading Software Support
- Provide first-level support for online trading platforms and back-office applications.
- Assist clients and internal users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve user issues related to login, order placement, market watch, charting, and trading terminals.
- Monitor software performance and report technical issues to the development team.
2. Client Assistance and Training
- Guide clients in using online trading platforms, mobile applications, and web-based trading systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
- Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation.
3. System Monitoring and Maintenance
- Monitor trading applications to ensure smooth operations during market hours.
- Track software errors, system outages, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and software upgrades.
4. Issue Management
- Log, track, and escalate technical issues through ticketing systems.
- Follow up with users regarding issue resolution.
- Maintain records of incidents and support activities.
5. Coordination with Technical Teams
- Liaise with software developers, network administrators, and vendors.
- Assist in testing new software releases and updates.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.
6. Compliance and Security
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines related to online trading systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
- Support implementation of cybersecurity and access control measures.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Generate periodic reports on software performance and support metrics.
- Document software issues, resolutions, and process improvements.
- Maintain records of software licenses and system inventories.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of online trading platforms and stock market operations.
- Understanding of equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual fund trading.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work during market hours and handle time-critical issues.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or with strong knowledge of trading software and financial markets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
