We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to improve our digital visibility, website traffic, and search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics. This role requires someone who can strategically improve organic performance while collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Search Engine Optimization Strategy
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and content for search intent and performance.
2. On-Page SEO
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and image alt tags.
- Improve website content for keyword relevance, readability, and SEO performance.
- Conduct content audits and recommend updates for improved rankings.
3. Off-Page SEO
- Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Identify relevant directories, collaborations, guest posting, and link-building opportunities.
- Monitor website reputation and backlink profile quality.
4. Technical SEO
- Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues.
- Improve website speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation.
- Coordinate with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports on keyword rankings, website traffic, conversions, and growth opportunities.
- Track competitor activities and recommend optimization strategies.
6. Content & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with content, social media, and marketing teams to align SEO goals with brand growth.
- Suggest SEO-friendly content topics and blog strategies to increase organic visibility.
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (preferred).
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, backlinking, and website audits.
- Basic understanding of WordPress/CMS platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
