About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Python Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for learners. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions that equip trainees with industry-ready coding skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct interactive classroom or hybrid training sessions covering Core Python, Advanced Python, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
- Practical Application: Design and guide students through hands-on coding exercises, real-world projects, and debugging challenges.
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach associated essential concepts, including data structures, file handling, exception handling, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
- Mentorship: Assist learners with doubts, evaluate trainee performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill progression.
- Skill Upgradation: Keep training materials up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Python Developer, or similar role. (Strong freshers with exceptional coding and presentation skills may also be considered).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in Core and Advanced Python.
- Familiarity with foundational libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) or web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences of varying skill levels.
- Location Mobility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Bangalore.
