Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional with 15+ years of experience to manage and oversee all Human Resource operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and workforce development while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Maintain a positive work environment and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to manage teams and handle HR operations independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- 15+ years of HR experience in a reputed organization.
- Strong decision-making and team management skills.
- Must be willing to work in Odisha.
