We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 1 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually captivating designs and graphics for various digital and print mediums. Your proficiency in Adobe Suites and Corel Draw will be crucial in executing design projects effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, print advertisements, brochures, and more.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the company's brand guidelines.
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of our brand.
Utilize Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Corel Draw to create and edit graphics, images, and other visual elements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to ensure the use of the latest design tools and methodologies.
Ensure all design projects are completed within the given timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to gather feedback and incorporate necessary changes into the design work.
Assist in creating and maintaining a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for easy access and consistency across various projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines consistently.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Corel Draw.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in design work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
