Preferred Industry: Automotive / Auto Components Manufacturing.
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment efficiency.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and records.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvement activities.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance practices.
Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Policies.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards in the maintenance area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
