Aakash Institute is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission process for our coaching programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, generating admissions, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving enrollment targets while upholding the institute's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding various courses offered by Aakash Institute.
- Explain program details, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, and online leads professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, school visits, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, education sales, academic counseling, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
