Job Title: Admin Coordinator cum Video Host
We are looking for a proactive and confident Admin Coordinator cum Video Host to manage administrative operations and represent our brand through video presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative and office activities.
- Manage schedules, meetings, records, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Host and present videos for marketing, social media, and company communications.
- Assist with content planning, script preparation, and video shoots.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Confident on-camera presence and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or video hosting is preferred.
