Creative Intern
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Creative Intern who will work closely with the Creative Director to support, coordinate, and execute creative tasks. The role requires strong communication, continuous follow-ups, aesthetic understanding, and basic design/software knowledge to ensure smooth creative operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work directly under the Creative Director and support all creative requirements.
- Take regular follow-ups with internal teams to ensure creative deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate between creative, production, and client servicing teams.
- Assist in creating basic PPTs, mood boards, and presentations using Canva.
- Support AutoCAD drawings for layouts and event setups (basic level).
- Assist with Photoshop work such as resizing, minor edits, and corrections.
- Help in preparing and managing creative collaterals.
- Maintain task trackers, timelines, and documentation.
- Share daily/weekly work reports and updates with the Creative Director.
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand aesthetics and quality standards.
Communication & Coordination
Internal: Creative Director, Design Team, Client Servicing Team, Production Team, ManagementExternal: Vendors (as required for creative coordination)
Knowledge, Training & Experience RequiredEducation:
- Graduate / Diploma in Design, Architecture, Event Design, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Fresher to 6 months experience in a creative/design coordination role
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and task management ability
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Canva for PPTs and presentations
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Understanding of creative collaterals
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
