Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Chiller, Air Conditioning (AC), HVAC systems, and Clean Room services. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Handle servicing and troubleshooting of Chillers, Split ACs, Package Units, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Monitor and maintain Clean Room HVAC systems to ensure required temperature, humidity, and pressure conditions.
- Coordinate daily service activities and allocate work to technicians.
- Diagnose HVAC equipment faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and daily work reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service execution.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Chiller, AC, HVAC, and Clean Room systems.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of HVAC components such as AHU, FCU, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Compressors, and Refrigeration Systems.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals.
- Team handling and supervisory skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–3 years in HVAC/Chiller/AC/Clean Room service.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, RAC, or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel to customer sites if required.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
