The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and statutory knowledge to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities
✅ 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Prepare and share job descriptions with candidates
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
✅ 2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and induction process
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit records
✅ 3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Ensure proper HR documentation and filing system
- Manage HRIS / ERP systems (attendance, employee data)
- Prepare HR reports (daily, monthly MIS)
✅ 4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Maintain registers and compliance documentation
- Support audits and inspections
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings
✅ 5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Implement employee engagement activities
- Maintain positive work culture and communication
- Draft HR communications, notices, and policies
✅ 6. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal process
- Track employee performance and training progress
- Maintain performance records and reports
✅ 7. Policy Implementation
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies
- Update HR policies as per company requirements
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company rules
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in recruitment and payroll processing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / HR software
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
