We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build lasting customer relationships, and strengthen our poultry feed business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and key poultry farmers.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Conduct technical and promotional activities for farmers and dealers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure timely customer service, complaint resolution, and collections.
- Coordinate demand planning, product availability, and cross-functional support.
- Ensure compliance with sales SOPs and CRM processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
