Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records. The ideal applicant should possess good typing speed, excellent English communication skills, professional email handling abilities, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in company software, spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of daily operations.
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and other office documents when required.
- Handle official emails professionally and respond to clients in proper English.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of important company information.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Manage files, documents, and office records efficiently.
- Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional email drafting and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing and online portals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Basic computer certification preferred.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,200.00 per month
