Full Job Description
Stark Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive BIM Coordinator for an immediate start at our Technopark Phase-3 office.
You will serve as the hands-on technical anchor responsible for day-to-day model coordination, clash detection, and ensuring the absolute accuracy of both Structural and Architectural models.
Key Responsibilities
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Run interference checks, map out clash reports, and collaborate with modelers to resolve spatial conflicts between Structural and Architectural elements.
- Model Maintenance: Maintain model health, manage the CDE data drops, and ensure team adherence to the project's BIM Execution Plan.
- Quality Control: Validate that incoming model data matches the exact spatial mapping and coordinate systems established for the project.
- Support: Assist the BIM Manager in generating documentation and training modelers on project-specific standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior Modeler.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architectural & Structural modules) and Navisworks Manage for clash mapping.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum.
