We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will act as a bridge between clients and the development team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, understanding requirements/issues, planning weekly tasks, assigning work to developers, tracking execution, and providing regular updates to clients. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and basic technical understanding.
- Attend daily/weekly calls with clients to understand requirements, issues, and priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client support and coordination.
- Provide functional support and clarification to clients for the application/software.
- Share regular status updates with clients on tasks, issues, and progress.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare weekly work plans based on client priorities and project timelines.
- Assign tasks to developers with clear instructions, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Track daily progress and ensure tasks are completed as per plan.
- Follow up with developers to resolve blockers or delays.
- Experience in IT / Software / ERP projects.
- Knowledge of Agile / Sprint / Weekly planning concepts.
- Basic understanding of web or mobile applications.
- Prior experience in client support or project coordination roles.
