We are a growing plant nursery specialising in a wide variety of plants, gardening products, and landscaping solutions. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media & digital marketing executive to help promote our business online and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the nursery's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of plants, products, and nursery activities.
- Edit videos and images for social media marketing and advertisements.
- Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent online presence.
- Respond to customer enquiries and messages received through social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas to increase followers, engagement, and sales.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, offers, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotion.
- Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube accounts.
- Skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Good communication and creative content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Interest in plants, gardening, or agriculture is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Knowledge of online advertising and social media analytics.
