The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for managing buyer , handling orders from development to shipment, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery with required quality and profitability.
- Handle buyer communication independently (emails, calls)
- Manage complete order cycle from enquiry to shipment.
- Prepare costing, and finalize orders
- Coordinate with sampling, production, quality
- Monitor production status and ensure timelines are met.
- Approve lab dips, fabrics, trims, and pre-production samples.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors for materials.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Plan and track shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Solve production or delivery issues proactively.
- Guide and supervise junior merchandisers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Time management and multitasking skills

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Fashion/Textile/Commerce or related field).
- 4–8 years experience in merchandising (Garment/Textile industry)
