Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jehanabad The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, creating marketing plans, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee the sales pipeline, implement customer retention strategies, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, expertise in business development, and strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge in sales and marketing techniques, market research, and customer relations
- Leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
