Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Solution Designer to design technology-driven logistics and supply chain solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize transportation networks, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, IT, and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyse business requirements and logistics workflows to design end-to-end technology solutions.
Design and optimize transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain processes.
Collaborate with operations, business, product, and technology teams to develop scalable logistics solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, process flows, and technical documentation.
Design integrations between Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP, CRM, GPS tracking, and third-party platforms.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using digital technologies.
Participate in client discussions to understand operational challenges and recommend customized solutions.
Support implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Ensure solution designs meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards.
Conduct solution reviews and recommend continuous improvements based on operational data and business needs.
Assist pre-sales teams by preparing solution presentations, effort estimations, and technical proposals.
Stay updated on emerging logistics technologies, automation trends, AI, IoT, and cloud-based solutions.
Required Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Certifications in Solution Architecture, Cloud Technologies, or Supply Chain Management are an added advantage.
Experience:-
5-7 years of experience in Solution Design, Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, or Logistics Technology.
Experience in the logistics, transportation, e-commerce, 3PL, or supply chain industry is preferred.
Required Skills:-
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, and API integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Understanding of databases, system integrations, APIs, and microservices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-design tools.
Preferred Experience:-
Experience with 3PL/4PL logistics operations.
Knowledge of route optimization, fleet management, warehouse automation, and shipment visibility platforms.
Exposure to AI, IoT, RPA, or data analytics solutions in logistics is an advantage.
Immediate joiners needed.candidate has to travel panindia.
Company will shift to Okhla to candidate must be comfortable in travelling to Okhla
