Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end application delivery from requirementsgathering through production deployment.

Define solution architecture, technical standards, anddevelopment best practices.

Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technicaldiscussions.

Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,product owners, and project managers.
Hands-on Development

Actively participate in application development and contribute code forcomplex and critical features.

Design and implement scalable solutions forhigh-priority business requirements.

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complextechnical and production issues.

Review and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

Support development teams in resolving technicalblockers and challenges.

Hands-onTechnical delivery Lead who is expected to contribute 30-40% of the time in coding based on the availability, solution implementation, code reviews, and complextechnical problem-solving.
