Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with sales and service customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
- Generate service reminders, vehicle maintenance reminders, and follow-up schedules.
- Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Track customer interactions and prepare periodic CRM reports.
- Assist in lead management and conversion tracking.
- Ensure all customer information is maintained according to company standards.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve business performance.
- Coordinate customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, dealership operations, or related roles.
- Experience in automobile/commercial vehicle industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
