Role Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant who can handle client consultations, understand customer requirements, and guide them through suitable immigration solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client consultations and follow-ups professionally for Germany, Australia, Canada
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable immigration solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and build trust
- Manage leads effectively and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
- Coordinate actively with clients regarding documentation and immigration procedures
Requirements
- Good understanding of Immigration Sales
- Mandatory on-site availability in HSR Layout, Bangalore. No work from home opportunity.
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in sales as immigration consultant
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
- Tamil or Telugu language skills will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Positive attitude with a task-oriented mindset
- Smart, active, and confident personality
- Ability to take responsibility and work proactively
- Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Consulting with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and consulting abilities
- Knowledge of immigration processes and services is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a client-focused environment
