Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls to promote our organization and its fundraising campaign.

Engage with existing and new prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to secure donations and pledges.

Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.

Provide accurate and compelling information about our organization’s mission, programs and impact.

Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.

Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

Maintain the brand's ethos and also understand and value the donors requirements.

Manage the ongoing activities records via using CRM and telecaling systems with utmost priority and achieve the designed targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with fundraising principles and techniques is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

Minimum Graduate is preferred in any stream.
