Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven professionals for our Housing Finance and Mutual Fund Franchise business. Candidates should have experience in sales or telecalling and be passionate about achieving business targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for housing finance and mutual fund franchise services.
- Meet prospective clients and explain financial products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Telecaller Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain housing finance and mutual fund franchise offerings.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Sales, Housing Finance, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loan Sales, or Telecalling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Graduate preferred.
