We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services.
- Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support software development and technology initiatives.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology assets, and licensing requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Technology Management.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.
- Experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA Security+
- CCNA / CCNP
- PMP / PRINCE2
- AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Administrator
- MCSE / RHCE
