Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Government (Farm Machinery)

Based in North India (Punjab/Haryana/UP/MP/nearby states)
Travel required within assigned states only
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, support Government Sales activities by visiting departments, meeting officials, and generating leads. The role is primarily focused on ground-level execution, relationship initiation, and lead generation under the guidance of the GM – Government Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Government offices and institutions such as:
- Agriculture Department
- Horticulture Department
- District Agriculture Offices
- KVKs, CHCs, FPOs
- Meet key officials including:
- DAOs / ADAOs
- Field Officers
- Department staff involved in farm machinery
- Generate qualified leads for:
- Direct purchase opportunities
- Demonstrations
- Subsidy-based demand
- Clearly explain company product range:
- Rotavators, Super Seeders, Planters, Laser Levellers, etc.
- Understand and capture:
- Customer requirements
- Scheme availability
- Purchase plans
- Share daily/weekly updates with GM – Government Sales
- Assist in:
- Organizing product demos
- Coordinating follow-ups
- Supporting documentation
Key Role Expectation (Important):
- Lead Generation is the primary responsibility
- Closing support will be provided by senior team
- Should be confident in meeting officers and presenting products
- Must be comfortable with field visits and government interaction
Required Skills:
- Good communication and confidence in face-to-face meetings
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to explain products in simple terms
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Discipline in following instructions and reporting
Qualification:
- Graduate (Any stream)
- Agriculture / Mechanical background preferred but not mandatory
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
- Experience in field sales / agri sector will be an advantage
KPIs (Performance Indicators):
- Number of field visits per week
- Number of Government contacts established
- Leads generated (quality + quantity)
- Demo opportunities created
- Reporting discipline
Travel Requirement:
- 10–15 days travel per month within assigned states
Compensation:
- Moderate fixed salary (as per industry for junior role)
- Travel allowance (TA/DA)
- Performance-based incentives on lead conversion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
