- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business targets, including loan disbursements and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, improve profitability, and enhance customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform business decisions.
