Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and act as the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration and visa services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to immigration services
- Provide basic information about visa processes, documentation, and company services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with immigration consultants
- Maintain client records and update databases accurately
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and office supplies
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and payments
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (Freshers can also apply)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
