Role Overview: Salesforce Database Administrator / Assistant Manager
- Organization: Sense India (A national NGO working with deafblind individuals and people with multiple disabilities).
- Location: Ahmedabad / Bangalore (Full-Time).
- Experience: 3–5 years in database management, data analytics, or information systems.
- Reports To: Head of Technology (sitting within the Public Engagement department).
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration: Configure and maintain the CRM platform, ideally using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). You'll manage user profiles, permissions, security, and custom objects.
- Automation & Integrations: Build and manage automations using Salesforce Flow. Integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways (Razorpay, CCAvenue), email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot), WhatsApp, and Tally.
- Data Hygiene & Donor Journeys: Standardize data entry, handle imports/exports via Data Loader, and segment donor lists. Map out automated donor lifecycles (welcome series, retention touchpoints, and pledge tracking).
- Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards to track crucial fundraising KPIs like donor acquisition, retention rates, and lifetime value.
What They Are Looking For
- Must-Haves: A Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on experience), hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, and a proven track record working within an NGO environment.
- Soft Skills: A mission-aligned mindset, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical fundraising staff.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
