Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Food Safety & Quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow basic food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices in the production area.
Check raw materials for quality, labeling, and expiry/shelf life.
Monitor cooking, temperature, and other basic process parameters.
Ensure correct portion size and quality as per instructions.
Maintain and update records (temperature logs, checklists, production details).
Enter and update data correctly in the system on time.
Check finished products for quality, packaging, and proper labeling.
Maintain traceability (batch details, product tracking, dispatch details).
Identify any issues or mistakes and report them immediately.
Support in corrective actions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
Assist during audits by providing required records and information.
Willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
