Job Summary
The High Lift Driver is responsible for operating and driving high lift vehicles safely and efficiently for loading and unloading catering supplies, equipment, and other materials to and from aircraft. The role ensures timely service delivery while maintaining safety, security, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high lift vehicles safely within the airport premises.
- Transport catering meals, beverages, equipment, and supplies to aircraft.
- Load and unload catering items using the high lift vehicle.
- Ensure proper positioning and docking of the high lift vehicle at aircraft doors.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects.
- Follow airport safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
- Coordinate with catering, ramp, and airline staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Complete vehicle logbooks, checklists, and operational records.
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
- Assist with other operational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience driving heavy vehicles; airport high lift experience preferred.
- Knowledge of airport safety and security procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
