Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Apparel Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving store sales, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic inventory tracking
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (apparel preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
- Basic understanding of fashion trends is a plus
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
