- Location: Siruseri, OMR, Chennai - 603103 (Near IT Park)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 3+ Years (Clinical experience in a dental office is mandatory)
- Salary: Industry standard, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Perform routine and advanced dental procedures, including composite restorations, endodontic treatments (RCT), crown & bridge preparations, and surgical extractions.
- Patient Consultation: Build trust with patients by explaining diagnoses clearly and providing comprehensive, ethical treatment plans.
- Technology Integration: Utilize modern dental tools and digital imaging to ensure precise results.
- Sterilization & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and infection control in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with front-office staff and dental assistants to ensure a seamless patient workflow.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Must hold a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognized university.
- Mandatory Registration: Valid registration with the Indian Dental Association (IDA) and the State Dental Council.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a private practice or dental clinic.
- Communication: Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential for effective patient interaction in the OMR/Siruseri area.
