Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Field Business Development Executive to build referral partnerships with doctors, diagnostic centres, hospitals, nursing homes, gyms, and other healthcare providers across Delhi.
This is a field-based role focused on building long-term professional relationships—not direct patient sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, specialists, diagnostic centres, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare providers daily.
- Introduce Resurge's physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits with existing partners.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and partnership activities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, meetings, and referrals.
- Share referral feedback and patient updates with partner doctors when appropriate.
- Identify new partnership opportunities in assigned areas.
- Work closely with the clinic team to ensure an excellent referral experience.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Pharma MR, Diagnostic Marketing, Healthcare Sales, or Field Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting medical professionals and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with strong field reporting habits.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
