Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
