Job Title: Vice Principal (MSc Nursing)
Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Vice Principal (M.Sc. Nursing – OBG or Medical Surgical) to join our nursing education team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the academic leadership of the institution, ensuring high-quality theoretical and clinical education, mentoring nursing students, and maintaining adherence to academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and professional ethics.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in OBG or Medical Surgical
- Experience: Relevant teaching/administrative experience preferred
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in academic administration and institutional management
- Oversee classroom teaching and clinical supervision
- Mentor and guide nursing students and faculty
- Coordinate academic activities and curriculum implementation
- Participate in examinations, assessments, and evaluations
- Support the Principal in maintaining academic and regulatory standards
