Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and technical understanding.
· Present and promote engineering services to prospective clients with clarity and confidence.
· Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to align client requirements with technical solutions.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
· Achieve overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
· Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Tool Design, or related engineering fields from reputed institutes (CIPET, ITTUP, or other renowned technical universities).
· Strong technical background with understanding of product design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
· Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Emailing, Excel, MS Office and familiarity with CAD/CAM, Tooling, Manufacturing, Prototyping is an advantage.
