Job Summary
6+ Years Summary: You will define the Incentive Compensation strategy. You are the bridge between the Sales Operations leadership and the technical team, ensuring the system scales and remains audit-compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Manage the roadmap for the SPM platform, including major upgrades and module expansions (e.g., Territory Management, Quota Planning).
- Governance: Enforce strict Change Management controls (SOX Compliance) for all changes to payment logic.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with VP of Sales Ops and Finance Directors to align the system capabilities with the annual compensation strategy.
- Architecture: Design the end-to-end data flow, ensuring data integrity from the "Quote" (Salesforce) to the "Paycheck" (Workday/ADP).
- Delivery: Manage the annual "Plan Year Rollout" project, coordinating development, testing, and sign-off under tight deadlines.
Skill Requirements
- Architectural mastery of Varicent / IBM ICM.
- Deep domain knowledge of Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes.
- Experience with SOX Compliance and Audit controls.
- Strong Leadership and Project Management skills.
