The Project Manager - L&D & Onboarding will be responsible for managing, implementing, and enhancing comprehensive learning and onboarding program execution for ACI India GCC. This role ensures new employees are effectively integrated into the organization and equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed, while aligning with global standards and local requirements. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, strong communication skills and adaptability is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding across multiple business units (engineering, product, platform, non-tech, and shared services. Design and enhance frameworks, templates, and artifacts for onboarding, knowledge transition, and learning, surveys Manage requirement gathering, content creation, visualization, and delivery; maintain knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence & others as required); manage new hire orientation & other onboarding engagement forums , manage HM engagement forums as needed Document current processes and develop/enhance existing transition playbooks for consistency, scalability, and best practices.
Required Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in project management, PMO, or onboarding/L&D roles, HR supporting tech or digital teams. Strong familiarity with Agile, developer environments, and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, M365 etc.). Strong expertise in ServiceNow, Excel macros, Powerpoint, CourseEra/any learning sites, surevey links, VISIO. Hands-on skills in building presentations, dashboards, and reports. Bachelor s degree required; technical + HR/OD/ background preferred (e.g., Engineering/B.Tech + MBA). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
