Brief Description:We are looking for a marketing Lead to drive awareness, lead generation, and client engagement for our certification services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and convert leads effectively.
- Regulatory Expertise – Develop a deep understanding of FMCS, NOC, and CDSCO processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Compliance & Updates – Keep the organization and clients informed about new regulatory policies and ensure compliance.
- Lead Generation – Create awareness about FMCS certification through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Client Engagement – Interact with potential clients, send quotations, and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Lead Management – Identify and report semi-matured and matured leads to the Team Leader.
- Market Analysis – Analyze and share market trends, demand, and client feedback to improve strategies.
- CRM & Reporting – Maintain CRM updates with daily activities and generate marketing and sales reports.
- Business Development – Participate in webinars and business meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Team Leadership – Guide and mentor the FMCS marketing team for better performance.
- Strategic Insights – Provide recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve business planning.
- CTC: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month
