Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment at our steel plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) operations within a steel plant or similar industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and fire safety activities.
- Work closely with plant operations and management to maintain a safe workplace.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification: PDIS / ADIS from SCTVT only is mandatory.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Experience: Candidates with steel plant experience only will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
