Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.

Understand customer needs through effective questioning.

Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.

Maintain and update customer information in CRM software and maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for meetings.

Consistently achieve targets.
Required Candidate Profile:
-
2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling, preferably B2B sales.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).

Confident, target-driven and comfortable handling customer calls.

Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office suite.

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business related field preferred).
